Hi,
It is most likely due to network error.
If you don't mind, could you enable logging and send us the logs after you see the error?
To enable logging,
In Settings --> General Tab --> scroll down & check 'Enable Logging'
the logs is in sdcard/vmwarehorizonmail/logs
