Network Service Consolles are configured correctly on all HOSTs... I have created a new VCenter old one had service VCenter that was lock ... could be an issue about network port 8042 that could be closed for new ip on the new vcenter ?
Whay an host can comunicate correctly with heartbeat and over 2 no ?
